Our partner farms are committed to high standards in cattle farming - from spacious stalls and access to pasture to healthy feeding and regular health checks. Every cow is clearly documented from the farm of origin to delivery. Our digital systems ensure traceability across all stages of the process - from calf to fattening to slaughter. This transparency is the basis for food safety and trust.

Meat quality and sorting criteria

Our cattle suppliers deliver animals with defined quality parameters: optimum carcass weight, uniform marbling and fine muscle fibres. In this way, we ensure that every piece of beef meets our high sensory and technological requirements.

Wir gewährleisten mit dem Qplus-Programm die optimierte und kontrollierte Aufzucht und Vermarktung der Tiere. Unsere Fachberater prüfen regelmäßig die Haltungsbedingungen und Abläufe vor Ort. Ziel ist es, die Tiergesundheit zu sichern und mögliche Verbesserungen zu erkennen.

Consultancy & training

Wir unterstützen unsere Partner bei der Umsetzung neuer Tierschutz- und Qualitätsstandards wie z.b. Qplus – durch Schulungen, Checklisten und praxisnahe Tipps für eine moderne, nachhaltige Rinderhaltung.
